He first began his career at the Huntington Beach City Attorney’s Office in 1986, serving as Deputy Attorney for two years. He then served on a contract basis as an outside attorney until 2003. Edward closed his practice in 2003 to pursue a Master’s Degree to better serve his clients and thoroughly master the field of work injuries in Orange and Los Angeles Counties. He then spent several years working for large law firms doing defense. He worked in-house in the staff legal offices of two insurance carriers: one in San Diego and one in Orange County. This vast experience proves that Edward knows both sides of your case, giving him more insight on how to win you a better settlement.

Edward received his bachelors degree from Boston College in 1982 and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from George Washington University National Law Center in 1985. After practicing for many years, he attended Chapman Univeristy School of Law to obtain his Master of Laws in 2007. In addition to his noteworthy educational background, Edward has also held many speaking engagements on the topic of workers’ compensation practices, teaching compensation insurance professionals in Orange County and speaking at Orange County Bar Association and California Worker’s Compensation Practice meetings.
Edward currently serves as a volunteer judge (Judge Pro Tempore) at the Division of Workers’ Compensation at the Long Beach District Office. He has been a member of the Green Valley Homeowners Association, State Bar of California Legal Specialization, and the Pier Colony Homeowners Association. He’s been part of the Orange County Bar Association, Worker’s Compensation Section since 1986.
